Thank You not emphatic enough!
Terry, to just say "thank you" for the service that you give to Steve and myself, whenever we need our glasses adjusted, is not emphatic enough, so writing this note is much more appropriate. I have required your expertise many times in the past few months and, whenever I come into Central Eyes Optical, your warmth and kindness make me feel so welcome and never a bother to you. You are never too busy to help us, even though we all come when it's convenient for us -- not you. Thank you for your kindness and caring.

Thank you Central Eyes!
At first, these glasses were suggested to me as a joke because I wasn't seeing anything that caught my eye, but I instantly fell in love with them, even though they were quite a jump from my previous, all black pair. Everywhere I go, people compliment me on them, saying that they have contact lenses because they hate their glasses, and wish that they had ones like mine. Because they are so distinctive looking, people also use them as a means of identifying me, so to many of my teachers and peers, I'm known as "the girl with the leopard glasses", or, in one case, "crazy eyes girl!" They are also my first pair of transition lenses, which I enjoy because forgetting to bring sunglasses has always been a problem in the past, and now I don't have to worry about it. The transition is very smooth, and I always forget about it until someone mentions that the lenses have changed.

Terry, once again, you blessed us with your kindness. I can't tell you how very much we appreciate you. Thank you so much to you and your staff for giving us Jennal's glasses. You are an amazing person! You have lifted a great load off my shoulders in this difficult time. I know your goodness will be returned to you, believe that. There should be more people like you in this world. May all that is good come to you, now and always. This may sound a bit corny but it's true: When Jennal was born, I knew angels saved her. I dreamed about them several times. In one dream they told me that Jennal would be blessed with many living angels to "do her work here in this life." I'm not sure what her work will be here. I know it will be good, but I'm sure, Terry, that you are one of her "angels."

Great Customer Service!
After years of wearing progressive bifocals with anti-glare coating and the Transitions sunglass feature, I really needed new lenses but decided I still loved my existing frames. Not having a spare set of glasses, though, and urgently needing glasses to navigate the world, how could this work? Terry Schneider at Central Eyes had the answer! From my on-site eye exam to enjoying (loving!) my new glasses, with all the same features, took only a couple of days, and Terry made me a set of temp glasses to wear in the interim at no additional cost! Now THAT is what I call customer service -- never before experienced anything like it and I've been wearing glasses since childhood.
