How long does it take to make glasses?
One hour in most cases, but allow please for 24-hour turnaround

Are my glasses warranted?
All frames are warranted for at least one-year for manufacturer defects.  Some lenses offer a one-year warranty.

Is there an eye doctor on the premises?
Yes, Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays during business hours.

Is there an optician on premises?
Yes, Monday through Saturday, during business hours.

Do you carry designer frames?
Yes, we carry most lines of designer frames.

How much do frames cost?
Frames range in cost from $50 - $1,000.

Can you special-order frames?
Yes.

Do you make prescription sunglasses?
Yes, we can make them within 24 hours.

How long does it take to make glasses?

Are my glasses warranted?

How much do lenses cost?
Lenses range from $99 and up for single vision, $199 and up for progressive lenses.

What are Progressive Lenses?
Simply put, progressive lenses are bifocals with NO LINES. They are recommended for people who currently wear conventional (lined) bifocals, and those who use a computer, read, watch movies, TV and drive, and wish to use only one set of glasses.  

What are Transitions®?
Lenses that can change from light to dark in direct sunlight.  The lenses turn either brown or gray.

Can lenses be made thinner?
Lenses can be made approximately half the size of a normal lens.

What are Polycarbonate lenses?
Polycarbonate lenses are shatter-proof, UV protected and suggested primarily for children under 16, or anyone involved in sports or athletics.

What are your store hours? Are you open on Sunday?
Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 8:30 to 7; Wednesday and Saturday till 6; Thursday till 8, Sunday by appointment only.

Do I need to have an eye exam for non-prescription colored contacts?
Yes.  Fitting is required for all contact lenses, whether or not they have a prescription.
